When you're traveling over demanding terrain with heavy gear, your footwear needs more than just stability. The HAIX Commander GTX BW boot combines hydrophobic waterproof leather (2.5–2.7 mm) with a GORE-TEX Extended lining that keeps your foot reliably dry while remaining highly breathable. The HAIX Climate System uses the natural pumping motion while walking to actively transport moisture outward – keeping the climate inside the boot comfortable even during long operations. The 2-zone lacing system allows you to adjust the foot area and shaft separately, so you can customize fit and support to your individual needs. The rubber/PU outsole offers a combined road and terrain tread pattern, is oil and fuel resistant, antistatic, and meets EN ISO 20347:2012 standard. The Sun-Reflect technology additionally reduces heating of the upper leather from direct sun exposure.
