MICROPUR Forte MF 1T is a practical solution for disinfecting and preserving clear water – ideal for travel, trekking, camping, outdoor activities, and for water storage. The tablets eliminate bacteria and viruses within 30 minutes. For Giardia and amoebas, the required contact time is 120 minutes. Thanks to the contained silver ions, the treated water is also protected from recontamination for up to 6 months.

Application

Add one tablet to 1 liter of clear water. After dissolving, mix the water thoroughly and allow it to stand for at least 30 minutes. With cold water below 10 °C or if effectiveness against Giardia or certain protozoa is required, the contact time is 2 hours.

Important: MICROPUR Forte is intended for clear water. Turbid or heavily contaminated water should be pre-treated with a suitable drinking water filter before chemical disinfection, as suspended solids can impair the effectiveness.
