Shipping is only available within Germany using DHL IdentCheck (age verification): This shipping option ensures that the package is only handed over to adults. How does the age verification (18+) work during delivery?

To ensure that the order is delivered correctly, we use the DHL age verification. The delivery person will only hand over the package to people in your household who are at least 18 years old.

Please have your ID card or passport ready for delivery. If you are not at home, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch for collection.
