Please note that carrying certain knives in public may be subject to legal restrictions: According to § 42a WaffG, carrying one-handed knives with a lockable blade as well as fixed knives with a blade length exceeding 12 cm in public spaces is generally prohibited. Exceptions apply, among other things, for transport in a sealed container or in case of a legitimate interest (e.g. professional practice, cultural tradition, sport or a generally recognized purpose).
