The Opinel No. 9 in olive finish combines proven blade technology with a handle made from a single piece of olive wood. The blade made of stainless Sandvik steel 12C27 can be securely locked in the open position by turning the Virobloc ring. The wooden handle is coated with a special lacquer that protects it from moisture.
